Privacy Policy
How Kim Williamson Realtor collects, uses, and protects the information you share on this site, who receives it, how text messages work, and how to opt out.
What this site collects
This privacy policy explains what happens to the information you share on this website, run by Kim Williamson, REALTOR® with REAL Broker in Mesa, Arizona. It was last updated on October 1, 2026.
The site collects information only when you choose to give it. When you fill out a contact form, a home value request, or a guide request, the form asks for:
- Your first name and last name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, which is optional.
- A message, which is optional.
- Any extra questions that specific form asks, such as your timeline or the type of property you're interested in.
If you enter a phone number, the form also records whether you checked the text message consent box, the exact consent wording you were shown, and the date and time.
When you arrive from an advertisement or a tracked link, the site may record the campaign tags in that link (such as the source and campaign name) and the website you came from, reduced to its domain name only. That information describes the ad or link, not you, and it is stored only for your current visit until you submit a form.
Like nearly every website, the servers that host this site keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Who receives it
Your information is handled by a small number of service providers that work on Kim's behalf. Each one processes it only to provide its service:
- GoHighLevel. Form submissions go to Kim's customer relationship management (CRM) account at GoHighLevel, where Kim manages her follow-up with you.
- Vercel. The website is hosted on Vercel, so your form submission passes through Vercel's servers on its way to the CRM.
- Anthropic. When you use the chat assistant on this site, your chat messages are sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model that writes the replies. Please don't share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
- Upstash. The site may use Upstash to count requests, including by IP address, so it can block spam and abuse.
This site does not currently run any advertising pixels or analytics tags, such as a Meta pixel or a Google tag. If that changes, this policy will be updated first to say which ones, what they collect, and how to opt out.
Your information is not sold. It may be shared when the law requires it, or with the parties to your own real estate transaction, such as a lender, escrow company, or title company, when you ask Kim to work with them on your behalf.
How it is used
Kim uses the information you share to answer your question and to help you buy or sell real estate. That includes replying to your message, sending a home value or guide you requested, scheduling a conversation, and following up about your plans.
Kim may also send you occasional emails about the real estate market or her services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask to stop at any time.
The campaign information recorded with your form tells Kim which ad, post, or email brought you to the site, so she can tell which of her marketing is working. It is not used to track you across other websites.
Calls and text messages
Your phone number is used for text messages only if you gave consent by checking the box on the form. That box is never checked for you. It tells you that you agree to receive text messages at the number you provided from REAL Broker, the brokerage Kim works under, that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency varies, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
If you enter a phone number but don't check the consent box, the site does not send your phone number to the CRM, so it is not used for texting. Your name and email still reach Kim so she can answer you.
To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact Kim directly using the details below. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying or selling a home with Kim.
Your choices
You can ask Kim at any time to:
- Tell you what information she holds about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, except where a real estate transaction record has to be kept by Kim, her brokerage, or the law.
- Stop marketing emails or text messages.
To unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any marketing email. To stop texts, reply STOP. For anything else, use the contact details in the next section and Kim will respond.
This site is meant for adults planning a real estate move. It is not directed to children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
